IN VIER PHASEN ZUR UMSETZUNG

Phase 1: Analysis

  • Preliminary discussions
  • Desktop analysis (review of relevant documents)
  • Introductory event with responsible persons
  • Qualitative interviews with responsible persons
  • Presentation of results with responsible persons on the topics: Status quo of digitization, needs, competences, processes, challenges

Phase 2: Mobiliziation & Activation

  • Online survey with employees*, citizens*, companies, associations
  • In-depth analysis
  • Presentation of results with responsible persons and representatives of various stakeholder groups on the topics:
    • Digital change readiness
    • Ideas, challenges
    • Involvement of city/municipality council

Phase 3: Development

  • Workshop with responsible persons on the topics: Summary of the results, generation of ideas, implementation of the first version of a digital roadmap
  • Workshop with all participants on the topics: Ideas, implementation, roadmap development
  • Development of an integrated roadmap with the involvement of relevant IT partners

Phase 4: Implementation

  • Debriefing with the elaborated roadmap
  • Communication strategy for the implementation of the digital roadmap
  • Optional: Further instruments for mobilization and transformation
