Team assistant (m/f/x) for administrative support and process management, 15-20 hours/week

We are currently looking for a team assistant with an interest in change management who will proactively support our team and be happy to lend a hand wherever needed!
Your tasks:
- Accounting & administrative processes
- HR management
- Office management (materials etc.)
- Organization of (team) events and appointment management
- Maintenance of IT tools (e.g. time recording)
- Support with other internal tasks (e.g. marketing) and projects as required
Your profile:
- Experience in administration, HR, accounting and project management
- Confident handling of MS Office and possibly already experience with IT tools (e.g. time recording & CRM)
- Very good German and good English skills (written and spoken)
- Open, committed, responsible and communicative personality
