- All of our coaches have many years of leadership experience and work in transformation and HR projects in addition to coaching, which ensures practical perspectives.
- We are certified in various coaching methods, thus offering a broad methodological spectrum for a wide range of requirements.
- A number of our coaches are permanently employed by Breitenstein, which is important for certain assignments.
- We coach in German and English and some of our coaches also offer mediation.
